As a key member of our building construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of on-site engineering activities for large-scale construction project.\nLead and coordinate all on-site engineering activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations\nCollaborate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues and maintain project timelines\nReview and approve construction methodologies, work plans, and technical submittals\nConduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with design specifications and local building codes\nManage and mentor junior engineers and technical staff on-site\nPrepare and present detailed progress reports, identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies\nLiaise with local authorities and regulatory bodies to obtain necessary permits and approvals\nImplement and maintain robust safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment\nAnalyze and optimize construction processes to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness\n Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field\nMinimum 10 years of experience as Resident Engineer/Senior Resident Engineer, with a focus on highrise projects.
