Join a team where innovation is encouraged, collaboration is valued, and your work helps build a more sustainable future.\nWe are looking for a highly experienced Senior Structural Engineer / Project Manager to provide technical leadership, project oversight, and client engagement for transportation infrastructure projects across the New England region.\nThe Impact You'll Make\nProvide technical oversight and quality assurance for structural engineering design and analysis.\nLead the planning, design, rehabilitation, and inspection of transportation structures.\nDevelop and review structural design calculations and analysis models\nDevelop and review complete project deliverables (plans, specs, estimates) for all phases of design\nDevelop staged construction schemes\nPrepare written correspondence and reports\nManage construction phase services, including submittal review and RFI responses\nAssist in the development of project scopes and fees\nDevelop and maintain strong relationships with transportation agencies and key stakeholders.\nServe as a trusted advisor to DOT clients throughout New England.\nLead or contribute to proposals, interviews, and project capture strategies.\nIdentify opportunities for growth within transportation infrastructure markets.\nSupport recruiting and talent development initiatives within the region.\n The Expertise You'll Bring\n12+ years of transportation design structures experience\nPE license required\nWorking knowledge of codes and standards (AASHTO, AREMA, AISC, ACI, etc)\nExperience with CTDOT, MassDOT, and RIDOT polices and manuals\nRelevant structural analysis and cadd software (Larsa, Staad, OpenBridge, AutoCAD, etc)\nStrong writing and verbal skills\nBS, MS (preferred)\nRail experience (preferred)\nAlternative delivery experience (preferred)\nNational Bridge Inspection Standards (NBIS) inspection experience a plus (preferred)\nExperience serving as discipline lead, practice lead, section manager (preferred)\n Why You'll Thrive at Egis\nAt Egis, you'll do more than build your career-you'll help shape the future of infrastructure.
