site safety protocols and quality assurance procedures for all VT-related activities\nPrepare technical reports, documentation, and performance analyses to track project progress and system performance\nLead and mentor junior engineers and technicians, providing guidance on best practices and technical standards\nManage preventive maintenance schedules and oversee corrective actions to optimize system reliability and longevity\nCommunicate technical findings and recommendations to project managers, clients, and stakeholders in a clear and professional manner\nStay current with industry advancements, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes in vertical transportation systems\n Required Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline\nMinimum 8+ years of professional experience in vertical transportation systems, including installation, maintenance, and commissioning\nProven expertise with major VT system manufacturers (OTIS, Schindler, ThyssenKrupp, or equivalent)\nStrong knowledge of elevator and escalator mechanics, hydraulic and traction systems, and control technologies\nProficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and specifications\nComprehensive understanding of UAE building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements for vertical transportation\nDemonstrated experience in site supervision and project coordination\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach\nStrong organizational and time management abilities\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with CAD software for technical documentation and design review\nBackground in quality assurance and quality control processes\nVendor management and procurement experience\nBudget management and cost control experience\nCertification in vertical transportation systems or related technical fields\nExperience working on large-scale commercial or residential projects in the Middle East region\nKnowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM)
