The role is responsible for managing design coordination, technical reviews, design changes, and site support to ensure quality, functionality, and compliance with project requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign Coordination\nCoordinate between architectural, structural, MEP, interior, landscape, and specialist consultants for design integration.\nReview construction drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical submissions.\nEnsure timely resolution of design-related issues arising during construction.\nManage RFIs, design clarifications, and technical correspondence between stakeholders.\nTrack design deliverables and monitor compliance with project timelines.\nSite Support\nIdentify design conflicts and coordinate corrective actions with consultants and contractors.\nSupport implementation of design revisions and change requests.\nMonitor architectural finishes and ensure adherence to design intent.\nStakeholder Coordination\nLiaise with clients, contractors, design consultants, and project management teams.\nParticipate in design review, progress, and coordination meetings.\nPrepare design status reports and track open technical issues.\nQuality & Compliance\nEnsure compliance with applicable codes, standards, airport authority requirements, and project specifications.\nSupport quality inspections, snagging, and handover activities.\nVerify that approved materials and systems are incorporated into the works.\n Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.).\n7-10 years of experience in design coordination, architectural site support, or construction administration.\nExperience in airports, transportation hubs, commercial buildings, or large infrastructure projects preferred.\nFamiliarity with multidisciplinary design coordination in consultancy
