The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing structural engineering activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, international standards, safety requirements, and client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.\nKey Responsibilities\nReview, analyze, and verify structural designs, calculations, and shop drawings for steel bridge projects.\nCoordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure timely project delivery.\nMonitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.\nConduct structural assessments, inspections, and condition surveys of steel bridges and related structures.\nEvaluate structural integrity and recommend repair, strengthening, or rehabilitation solutions where required.\nReview fabrication and erection methodologies for steel bridge components.\nEnsure compliance with relevant design codes, local authority requirements, and project specifications.\nProvide technical support during project planning, execution, and commissioning phases.\nPrepare engineering reports, technical submissions, method statements, and project documentation.\nAttend project meetings and represent the engineering team in discussions with clients and stakeholders.\nAssist in value engineering initiatives and optimization of structural solutions.\nSupport claims, variations, and technical clarifications related to structural works when required.\nConduct site visits and coordinate with construction teams to resolve engineering issues.\nBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with specialization in Structural Engineering.\nMinimum 8 years of experience as a Structural Engineer, with significant experience on steel bridge projects.\nProven experience in the design, construction, inspection, or rehabilitation of steel bridges.\nStrong knowledge of steel structures, bridge engineering principles, and structural analysis techniques.\nFamiliarity with international bridge design codes and standards.\nProficiency in structural engineering software and design tools.\nExperience in reviewing fabrication drawings and steel bridge erection procedures.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and work effectively within
