Site Engineer is responsible for the following key duties and responsibilities:\nSupervise and monitor all structural construction activities on site to ensure execution in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, applicable codes, standards, and quality requirements\nConduct regular site inspections and quality audits to verify compliance with design specifications and construction standards\nPrepare and maintain comprehensive site documentation, including daily reports, inspection records, and as-built drawings\nCoordinate with project managers, contractors, and design engineers to address technical issues and implement corrective actions\nMonitor project schedules and timelines to ensure structural work progresses according to the approved construction schedule\nInspect materials, equipment, and structural components upon delivery to verify quality and compliance with project requirements\nIdentify defects, non-conformances, and safety hazards, and recommend remedial measures to ensure structural integrity\nOversee safety protocols and ensure all site personnel adhere to health and safety regulations and best practices\nCommunicate technical findings and project updates to stakeholders through regular meetings and written reports\nMaintain accurate records of all structural work, testing results, and certifications for project documentation and compliance purposes\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.\nExperience\nTypically, 10-15years of experience in structural construction and site supervision.\nExperience in buildings (Pre-Cast & Cast in Situ) Concrete & Steel Structure.\nUAE/GCC experience is often preferred.\nTechnical Skills\nStrong knowledge of reinforced concrete and steel structures.\nFamiliarity with international codes and standards (ACI, BS, Eurocodes, ASTM).\nAbility to review structural drawings and calculations.\nKnowledge of construction methodologies and quality procedures.\nProficiency in AutoCAD, ETABs, SAFE, PCA, PROKON, BIM, Microsoft Office.\nSoft Skills\nStrong leadership and supervisory skills.\nExcellent communication and reporting abilities.\nProblem-solving and decision-making
