The successful candidate will be responsible for the design review, structural assessment, site execution, fabrication coordination, erection supervision, and maintenance activities related to steel pedestrian bridge structures.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and supervise the construction, maintenance, refurbishment, and rehabilitation of steel pedestrian bridges.\nReview structural drawings, shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and method statements.\nCoordinate with consultants, clients, contractors, fabricators, and authorities to ensure project compliance.\nMonitor steel fabrication, welding, bolting, painting, galvanizing, and corrosion protection works.\nConduct structural inspections and condition assessments of existing pedestrian bridges.\nIdentify structural defects and recommend suitable repair, strengthening, or replacement solutions.\nSupervise site erection activities, lifting operations, and installation of steel bridge components.\nEnsure compliance with Dubai Municipality, RTA, project specifications, and international bridge standards.\nReview material submittals, inspection requests, quality documentation, and technical reports.\nCoordinate with planning, QA/QC, HSE, and construction teams to achieve project objectives.\nPrepare technical reports, progress reports, and structural assessment recommendations.\nEnsure all works are executed safely and in accordance with approved procedures.\n Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.\nMinimum 5-10 years of experience in steel bridge construction, maintenance, or rehabilitation projects.\nProven experience working on Steel Pedestrian Bridges / Footbridges / Foot Over Bridges (FOB) within the UAE.\nStrong knowledge of structural steel fabrication, erection, welding, bolting, and bridge maintenance techniques.\nExperience in structural inspections, condition assessments, and repair methodologies.\nFamiliarity with international codes and standards such as AASHTO, BS, Eurocodes, and relevant UAE regulations.\nProficiency in structural analysis and engineering software such as STAAD Pro, SAP2000, Tekla Structures, AutoCAD, or equivalent.\nStrong understanding of bridge construction methodologies and temporary works requirements.\nUAE driving license is preferred.\nExcellent communication and coordination skills.\n Candidates with experience
