Egis group comes with more than 50 years of experience and a team of 20,000 employees in over 120 countries around the world.\nJoining our Group means, above all, sharing our values as a people-first company, strongly committed to sustainability and innovation.\n The treasury Assistant Manager will manage daily treasury tasks and ad hoc administration tasks in the Group Treasury Management System - TMS - (Diapason) such as:\nBank statement analysis - Ensure correct integration of bank statements received via SWIFTnet into the TMS\nTreasury reconciliation rules management - Integration of rules with input from subsidiaries or other shared service ressources in charge of treasury reconciliation \nReferential management (entity, bank account creation…) - Ensure that creation in the TMS masterdata is aligned to the naming conventions and ensure consistency of the TMS referential data with other Group databases (Consolidation tool, ERP, Legal database Dilitrust…)\nPayment rejections - First level analysis and problem solving for payment files rejected by Diapason (for ERP issued payments) or by the bank (for payment processed by Diapason)\nAudit (user review) - Collect feedbacks from Group on recurrent user review\nReporting - Produce recurrent reporting as required and defined by the Group Treasury department (for instance : treasury reconciliation statistics, Free cash flow extraction from Diapason…). \nThe Treasury Analyst will be assisting the Group Treasury Department and be a key player in Treasury Processes. He/She will be providing a first level of support to users worldwide.\nThis is an integral role and requires accurate execution, and a strong attention to detail with a will to learn. Role responsibilities could be extended in the future depending on capabilities.\nKey responsibilities will include:\nLiaise with Group, Regional & local contact (external/internal)\nAdhere to SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards.\nParticipate in process improvement activities\nDocumentation of processes (reviewed and validated by Group Treasury)\nEssential:\n10-11 Years of experience\nAttention to detail\nStrong excel and data handling skills\nGood communication and stakeholder engagement skills\nGood understanding of Treasury/Cash processes\nIdeally previous knowledge of a TMS (notably Diapason system)\nGood Time management skills\nCollaboration with Internal & external stakeholders (holding, banks…)\nExperience of working to deadlines\nDesirable:\nFrench language skills a plus but not mandatory\nEquality, Diversity & Inclusion\nWe are an Equal Opportunities employer and we strive to build a workforce that truly reflects the communities we represent.
