You will be responsible for closing new business deals with Small Businesses. You will partner with other internal business lines to secure deals that impact the bottom line here at Egnyte.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO:\nYou will develop sales plans to effectively and efficiently the accounts within assigned territory.\nYou must be able proactively prospect, identify,qualifyand develop a robust sales pipeline with minimal supervision.\nMeet and exceed your monthly,quarterlyand annual sales goals.\nUtilize your outstanding communication skills, and sales savvy combined with industry and company knowledge to close deals\nBuild and maintain close relationship with key decision makers and stake holdersinternally, and externally\nUnderstand market trends and interpret data relevant to our initiatives.\nThis is a hybrid roleand requires 3 days in the office.\nYOUR QUALIFICATIONS:\n1-3 years of full cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with focus on new logo acquisition, using value selling approach.\nExperience working in the Architecture, Construction or Engineering field.\nGoal oriented, with a track record of overachievement (President’s Club, Rep of the Year, etc.)\nA track record of success in driving consistent activity and pipeline development.\nExperience determining customer requirements and presenting appropriate solutions.\nCOMPENSATION:\nOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations, andpay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this positionacross the U.S. isannually. Payvaries by work locationand may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge,and/or experience.
