For more information, visit www.egnyte.com.\nThe Creative Director sets the brand and creative direction for Egnyte and is accountable for the quality of what we produce across all channels and launches. This is a hands-on, highly visible role. You will lead an in-house team of designers and bring in external contractors as needed, but you will also design and produce work yourself. Success takes both strong creative judgment and the ability to partner closely with teams across marketing, sales, and product to turn their goals into deliverables that represent the brand at its best.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO:\nResponsible forthe look and feel of the Egnyte brand and make sure it holds up across all touchpoints.\nManage and develop a small in-house creative team, andbring in freelancers and agencies when we need extra capacity or a skill we don't have.\nDo design work yourself. This is a working role - you will set direction andproduce finished work.\nRun the creative request process end to end: take in requests, decide what gets done and when, set realistic dates, and keep people informed.\nReview the team's design and give clear, specific feedback that improves the work and keeps it consistent with our brand.\nDesign for both print and digital - ads, social posts, email, presentations, eBooksand guides, video, and event graphics.\nKeep brand guidelines, templates, and source files current so the rest of the company can make on-brand materials.\nManage creative vendors, scope the work, and track spending against budget.\nPresent work to marketing leadership and executives, get decisions made, and keep projects from stalling in review.\nReport to the Senior Director of Brand Marketing.\nTravel a few times a year for company events such as sales kickoff.\nYOUR QUALIFICATIONS:\nEight or more years of design experience in-house or at an agency, including at least three years managing designers. B2B technology or software experience preferred.\nA portfolio that shows strong, finished work across both print and digital.\nExperience hiring and managing freelancers and agencies - scoping work, setting budgets, and holding vendors to deadlines.\nA track record of running several projects at once, setting priorities when requests outnumber people, and delivering on time.\nClear, direct communication. You can explain creative decisions to people who are not designers, and you can take feedback as well as give it.\nExpert in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.\nComfortable designing for the web and handing off files that developers can build from.\nExperience with a project management tool such as Asana. Motion graphics or video editing is a plus.\nCOMPENSATION:\nOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations andpayvaries based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $170k - $220k annuallyas well as bonus. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience.
