The team combines financial expertise with operational insights to support executive decision-making across customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth initiatives.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO:\nServe as a strategic finance partner to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services and executive leadership\nManage key SaaS operating metrics including ARR, bookings, churn, retention, and sales productivity\nOwn bookings and ARR reporting, recurring revenue forecasting, annual operating plan models, GTM expense and headcount planning, and performance analysis that supports executive decision-making\nReport to the Director, Finance - GTM, and collaborate and partner with Sales leadership, Sales operations, Marketing, Customer Success, Professional Services, HR, Legal, Finance leadership and Accounting teams\nContinually improve forecasting methodologies, reporting accuracy, and planning processes\nEnhance reporting automation and dashboard capabilities\nNo travel expectations at this time\n3 days per week on-site; will consider remote for PST time zone\nYOUR QUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field\n5-8+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including experience supporting SaaS or subscription-based businesses\nStrong understanding of SaaS metrics including ARR, MRR, bookings, churn, gross retention, net retention, CAC, and sales productivity metrics; experience in high-growth SaaS environments preferred\nAdvanced financial modeling and forecasting skills, along with advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise\nExperience managing budgets and headcount planning processes\nAbility to translate complex data into clear business insights and executive-level recommendations\nExperience supporting Sales, Revenue Operations, or Customer Success organizations\nExperience using CRM and reporting platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Anaplan, Tableau, or Power BI\nMBA, CFA, or CPA designation preferred\nCOMPENSATION:\nOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations, andpay varies based on defined markets.
