We are looking for a Senior Program Manager with practical experience in driving delivery of complex projects and good technical skills to primarily support our Partners and Integrations team.You will be reporting to PMO Head in Polandon operational level, and to PMO Director based in US on strategic level.It is a 1 year contract with the possibility of extension based on business needs and individual performance.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Collaborate closely with EngineeringandProduct teamsto plan and execute feature-oriented and technical roadmaps for Egnyte engineering teams, mostly focused on Egnyte ecosystem integrationswith 3rd party integrations
• You will be coordinating project tasks and managing dependencies between different functional teams,including Production Engineering, Security, Quality Assurance, and others.
• Support the team in setting up agile processes
• Automate repeatable processes using Jira automation and AI tools

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience in Project/Program Management or related field
• Proven track record of managing complex projects and programs to completion
• Experience with release management of cloud and/or client application
• Process improvement mindset and Jira,Confluence, Productboardskills
• Strongtechnical skills, includingexperience with infrastructure projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to deliver an engaging message across various organizational functions and levels
