For more information, visit www.egnyte.com.\nABOUT THE ROLE:\nThe Senior Professional Services Consultant (Developer) will be a technical leader accountable for gathering customer requirements, delivering best practice technical solutions, and executing customer implementation projects. The position also requires providing technical guidance and sharing best practices with the team.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nDesign and architect end-to-end technical solutions for customer deployments, including API integrations, authentication workflows, and AI-augmented content processes built on the Egnyte platform \nLead the full technical implementation lifecycle - from requirements gathering and solution design through delivery, testing, post-deployment adoption, and documentation\nServe as the primary technical point of contact for customer engineering and IT stakeholders, engaging credibly at the architecture level across integration, security, and platform design discussions \nBuild and deliver custom integrations using Egnyte's public APIs, webhooks, and SDK, and guide customers in extending the platform through iPaaS connectors and automation workflows \nDesign and implement AI-augmented workflows leveraging Egnyte's AI capabilities alongside third-party LLM services, helping customers extract value from their content through intelligent automation \nAct as a technical liaison between customers and Egnyte's Engineering, Product, and Support teams - translating customer integration requirements into actionable product feedback and advocating for capability development \nEngage in pre-sales activities including scoping, Proof of Concept design, and technical demos for integration- and AI-focused opportunities \nManage multiple concurrent projects with competing deadlines while maintaining quality and clear customer communication\nCommunicate professionally and succinctly and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).\nYOUR QUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline preferred\n5+ years of relevant technical experience, with at least 2 years in a direct customer-facing role such as Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Integration Delivery \nPrior experience implementing or supporting enterprise SaaS applications in a technical capacity \nDemonstrated ability to engage and communicate effectively with both technical (IT/engineering) and business stakeholders at the customer organization \nExperience with pre-sales activities including scoping, POC design, and platform demonstrations \nStrong software programming skills that cover four or more of the following areas:\nFull stack development with demonstrated experience building Enterprise integrations using REST APIs, using event-driven architecture, and modern authentication protocols including REST API design, OAuth 2.0, SAML/SSO, SCIM 2.0 provisioning \nExperience with AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI), RAG patterns, and AI workflow integration \nFamiliarity with iPaaS platforms (Power Automate, Workato, Zapier, Make) \nCloud platform experience - AWS, Azure, or GCP (at least one) \nJSON/XML data modeling, webhook event-driven architecture \nProgramming proficiency in one or more of: Python, JavaScript, SQL, Bash, or PowerShell \nExperience with enterprise content, document management, or ECM platforms \nFamiliarity with software development toolchains including IDEs, source control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and code review practices\nBENEFITS\nCompetitive salaries\nMedical insurance and healthcare benefits for you and your family\nFully paid premiums for life insurance\nFlexible hours and PTO\nGym reimbursement\nChildcare reimbursement\nGroup term life insurance\nEQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY\nAt Egnyte, we celebrate our unique differences and thrive on our diversity for our employees, our products, our customers, our investors, and our communities.
