This is a hands-on role to manage the day-to-day work of the site and lead the projects that improve it. Success takes a data-driven approach to prioritizing the work that will have the greatest impact, strong collaboration with creative, web development, product marketing, and conversion optimization, and the ability to turn their goals into pages that perform.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO:\nResponsible for egnyte.com - what is on the pages, how they are organized, and how well they perform.\nBe hands-on. You will be personally responsible for the work and close to the details of every project that touches the site.\nManage web projects from start to finish - scope, schedule, reviews, and launch - and keep everyone informed along the way.\nWork with product marketing, demand generation, sales, field marketing, and communications to turn what they need into pages that work.\nTake part in design reviews. You do not need to be a designer, but you should be able to judge creativityagainst business goals and best practices to give clear, useful feedback.\nWork with web development to ensure what gets built matches what was designed, loads quickly, and is accessible.\nPartner with our conversion optimization lead on testing - what to test, what the results mean, and what to change as a result.\nUse analytics to find what is not working on the site, recommend fixes, and see them through.\nKeep the site accurate and current, and apply SEO and AEO fundamentals to page structure, copy, and metadata.\nDirect internal designers, agencies and contractors on wireframes and mockupsto match business requirements.\nReport to the Senior Director of Brand Marketing.\nWork day to day with creative, web development, conversion optimization and analytics, product marketing, demand generation, corporate communications, sales, and field marketing.\nYOUR QUALIFICATIONS:\nSevenor moreyears of web marketing experience, preferably at a B2B technology or software company.\nA proven track record of making a website perform better - redesign, restructuring, optimzation- and the ability to describe what changed and what it produced.\nSound business judgment. You can tell the difference between a request that will move the business and one that will not.\nExperience running several projects at once and finishing them on time with little supervision.\nClear communication with people who do not work on the web, including executives.\nWorking knowledge of a content management system (Drupal is a plus) and an analytics platform such as GA4 or Adobe Analytics.\nGeneral understanding ofHTML, CSS, and JavaScript to have a productive conversation with developers.\nSEO and AEO fundamentals, both technical and editorial.\nFamiliarity with A/B testing and personalization tools.\nCOMPENSATION:\nOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations, and pay varies based on defined markets.
