Join Ego’s Stability team, where supportive culture meets scientific achievement.\nThe Role & Your Impact: As a Stability Technician your role will be to keep the stability program running smoothly day to day, supporting the Stability team to ensure trials and testing are on schedule, overall helping to ensure the safety and effectiveness of Ego's products over their shelf life.\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nStability Trial Support: Initiate stability trials on time, pull samples at specified time points, and sample or hand-fill products in production when required.\n\nTesting & Sample Management: Prepare and submit samples to internal labs and external providers, and assist with physical laboratory testing (such as weight loss) as needed.\n\nIncubator & Integrity Monitoring: Regularly check incubator performance to maintain trial integrity, promptly escalating any non-conformances.\n\nDocumentation & GMP Compliance: Maintain precise, orderly stability documentation, record-keeping, and filing in line with strict GMP standards.\n\nGeneral Laboratory Operations: Manage glassware cleaning and restocking, assist with chemical/product disposal, and support equipment calibration programs.\n\nSafety & Continuous Improvement: Maintain a safe, clean workplace while contributing suggestions for workflow efficiency and continuous improvement projects.\n\nWhat You Will
