The team focuses on driving adoption of strategic initiatives, leveraging data and insights to track progress, measure impact, and support continuous improvement. Current priorities include AI and Copilot enablement, workflow optimization, knowledge management, and broader business transformation efforts. The team works closely with business stakeholders to translate strategy into practical, measurable outcomes that enhance productivity, collaboration, and client impact.\nWhat You'll Do\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nConduct deep-dive analyses to support go.transform decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.\nAnalyze colleague experience, behavioral adoption metrics, and application usage data. \nDesign, develop, and maintain dashboards, automated reporting, and performance monitoring solutions. \nMeasure program impact, digital adoption, and colleague sentiment across key initiatives. \nDevelop executive-ready insights, reporting, and communications for leadership across platforms including Power BI, SharePoint, Workday, and Microsoft 365.\nRequirements\n2-5 years of experience in analytics, reporting, business intelligence, or a related field within a global organization. \nProven experience designing, building, and managing reporting and analytics workstreams. \nStrong analytical, reporting, visualization, and user research capabilities. \nAdvanced proficiency in Power BI and Excel. \nExperience working with global teams and stakeholders across multiple functions and organizational levels. \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nKey Skills & Capabilities\nTechnical\nAdvanced Excel, including Power Query and complex data modelling\nPower BI, including DAX, data modelling, dashboard design, and report deployment\nData wrangling, cleansing, and transformation\nSQL for data extraction and analysis\nPower Automate for workflow and reporting automation\nPython for analytics, automation, and data processing\nReporting automation and process optimization\nData visualization and storytelling\nBusiness & Stakeholder\nExecutive reporting and presentation development\nRequirements gathering and stakeholder management\nDigital adoption and behavioral analytics\nColleague experience and survey analysis\nStrong problem-solving and analytical thinking\nAbility to translate complex data into actionable, executive-level insights and recommendations\nDesirable\nVBA / Macros for legacy Excel automation\nExperience with SharePoint, Workday, and Microsoft 365 reporting ecosystems\nFamiliarity with APIs and data integrations\nThe compensation range for this role is $35-$38 per hour. This position is being hired on an initial contract/temporary basis.
