The role works closely with senior engineers and platform owners to ensure stable, secure, and compliant IT services across global environments.\nThe engineer is expected to demonstrate a strong operational mindset, contribute to automation initiatives, and continuously develop technical expertise across modern Microsoft technologies.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Windows Infrastructure & Identity Services\nAdminister and support Microsoft Active Directory environments.\nManage user, group, computer, and organizational unit administration.\nSupport DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy administration.\nTroubleshoot authentication, access, and directory-related issues.\nSupport Microsoft Entra ID administration including: \nUser and group management\nDynamic groups\nMFA\nSingle Sign-On (SSO)\nConditional Access policy implementation\nAssist with Entra Connect and Hybrid Identity support.\nSupport Specops password management operations.\nPerform Active Directory auditing and monitoring activities using Semperis tools.\nSupport Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Certificate Services administration.\n2. Windows Server Administration & Cloud Operations\nBuild, configure, maintain, patch, and decommission Windows Servers.\nSupport Windows Server operating systems and related infrastructure services.\nPerform routine operating system maintenance and security patch deployment.\nTroubleshoot server performance, availability, and operational issues.\nSupport Azure infrastructure services including: \nAzure Virtual Machines\nAzure Backup\nAzure Storage\nAzure Monitoring\nParticipate in cloud migration and modernization projects.\nMaintain system documentation and operational procedures.\nAssist during disaster recovery and business continuity exercises.\n3. Virtualization, VDI & Compute Platforms\nAdminister VMware ESXi virtual environments hosted on Cisco UCS infrastructure.\nSupport Microsoft Hyper-V infrastructure and virtual machines.\nProvision and manage virtual servers according to operational requirements.\nMonitor resource utilization and optimize virtual environments.\nSupport Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) platforms including: \nAzure Virtual Desktop (AVD)\nCitrix Virtual Apps & Desktops\nVMware Horizon\nManage: \nHost Pools\nGolden Images\nFSLogix Profiles\nUser Session Performance\nTroubleshoot virtual desktop and virtualization-related incidents.\n4.
