Import & Shipment Coordination\nHandle import shipment operations in coordination with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation providers, under the supervision of the Logistics Supervisor.\n\nObtain and compare freight and transportation quotations, evaluate available carriers and shipping services based on cost, transit time, and shipment requirements, and submit recommendations to the Logistics Supervisor.\n\nCoordinate rate negotiations with transportation providers and freight forwarders as directed by the Logistics Supervisor.\n\nCoordinate shipment scheduling and the movement of goods between transportation providers, warehouses, and relevant internal departments.\n\n2. Shipment Tracking & Follow-up\nMonitor shipment schedules, estimated arrival dates, and delivery status, ensuring timely updates and reporting anticipated delays to the Logistics Supervisor.\n\nTrack shipping discrepancies, delays, and documentation errors, coordinate corrective actions, and escalate unresolved issues to the Logistics Supervisor.\n\n Coordinate with relevant internal departments and external parties to address and resolve issues related to shipping and transportation\n\n3. Customs Clearance & NAFEZA Operations\nFollow up with customs brokers to ensure timely customs clearance and completion of all required procedures.\n\nManage shipment registrations on the NAFEZA system and apply for and obtain ACID (Advance Cargo Information Declaration) numbers for import shipments.\n\nReview, upload, verify, electronically sign, and submit the required shipment documents through the NAFEZA platform using the company's authorized digital signature.\n\nMonitor shipment documentation and clearance status through NAFEZA and maintain accurate records of ACID registrations and related submissions.\n\nLiaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and relevant authorities regarding customs clearance requirements.\n\nEnsure compliance with applicable Egyptian customs regulations and NAFEZA procedures.\n\n4. Shipping Documentation & Insurance\nReview shipping and commercial documents to ensure accuracy and completeness before submission to the relevant parties.\n\nFollow up with insurance companies to obtain the required shipment insurance certificates and ensure completion of related documentation.\n\nPrepare, organize, and maintain accurate shipping and logistics records in accordance with company procedures.\n\n5. Logistics Reporting & Cost Monitoring\nPrepare periodic logistics reports covering shipment status, freight costs, delivery delays, and operational issues, and submit them to the Logistics Supervisor for review.\n\nCollect and consolidate logistics information from relevant departments to prepare reports and provide updates as requested.\n\n6.
