import/export laws, Incoterms, and local customs regulations\n\nResolve issues related to delays, discrepancies, and documentation\n\nSupplier & Performance Management :\nMonitor supplier performance (KPIs such as delivery accuracy, quality, and cost-effectiveness)\n\nMaintain updated procurement records, contracts, and supplier data in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)\n\nConduct supplier performance evaluations and support improvement initiatives and sourcing strategies\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration / Financial Tracking & Reporting :\nAlign with planning and production teams to meet material requirements\n\nCoordinate with finance on payment processing, letters of credit, and invoice matching\n\nProvide updates on purchase order status and delivery forecasts to relevant stakeholders\n\nSupport internal compliance with company purchasing policies and reporting procedures\n\nFollow up on L/C issuance and payment processing with the finance team\n\nMaintain procurement records in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle)\n\nPrepare supplier performance reports\n\nSupport the development and improvement of sourcing strategies\n\nWorking Conditions : \nLocation: Speria Misr – 10th of
