This role will primarily focus on full-cycle recruiting, partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand business needs, build talent pipelines, and deliver an efficient, high-quality candidate experience.\nWhile recruiting will be the priority, this role will support onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, and day-to-day HR operations when time allows. Reporting to the Fractional HR leader, you will help build scalable, consistent people practices while providing responsive support to employees and managers.\nThis is an individual contributor role for someone who enjoys quick execution to make an impact, owning the details, building relationships, and balancing multiple priorities in a growing organization.\nKey Responsibilities\nTalent Acquisition\nManage full-cycle recruiting for positions across the organization, from intake meetings and sourcing through interviews, offers, and closing candidates.\n\nPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop recruiting strategies, and establish clear selection criteria.\n\nSource candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and other creative channels.\n\nBuild and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.\n\nCoordinate interview processes, ensuring timely communication, structured evaluations, and a positive candidate experience.\n\nManage offer processes, including compensation coordination, offer approvals, and preparation of offer documentation in partnership with HR and leadership.\n\nTrack recruiting metrics, pipeline health, time-to-fill, and other key indicators to identify opportunities to improve hiring effectiveness.\n\nMaintain accurate applicant tracking system records and recruiting documentation.\n\nHR Operations\nCoordinate preboarding and onboarding activities, including background checks, system entry, equipment, and orientation.\n\nPartner with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to ensure new employees have a smooth, engaging start.\n\nSupport new-hire check-ins and identify opportunities to improve the onboarding experience.\n\nSupport employee lifecycle processes, including new hires, employment changes, internal transfers, and departures.\n\nAssist with benefits administration, payroll coordination, and employee questions related to HR policies and processes.\n\nAssist with HR reporting, audits, and other operational projects as needed.\n\nCollaboration & Continuous Improvement\nWork closely with the Fractional HR leader to prioritize recruiting and people initiatives aligned with business objectives.\n\nBuild trusted relationships with employees, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.\n\nHandle confidential employee and candidate information with discretion and sound judgment.\n\nContribute to the development of consistent, scalable HR processes in a growing organization.\n\nDesired Skills and Experience\n4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, talent acquisition, and/or HR operations, ideally in a growing technology, energy, engineering, or other technical organization.\n\nDemonstrated success managing multiple open requisitions and delivering a strong candidate experience.\n\nExperience recruiting for technical, commercial, operational, or corporate roles;
