We're not able to offer remote or hybrid arrangements, so candidates should be prepared to relocate.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAnalyse and optimise production workflows, layouts and material flow\nPerform time studies, prepare Gantt charts, capacity planning and line balancing\nDefine labour standards, staffing models and productivity metrics\nLead Lean/continuous-improvement initiatives (ex.
