Faced with the challenges of climate change and the transition to a decentralised energy system, EHG seeks to provide high performance and cost-effective fuel cell solutions to our clients and partners.\nTo help achieve our vision of a decarbonised future we are seeking a highly organised Senior Project Manager & Coordinator to plan, coordinate and drive cross-functional projects from concept through to delivery.\nKey Responsibilities:\nPlan, schedule and coordinate engineering and industrialisation projects across multiple teams\nDefine project scope, milestones, budgets and deliverables and track progress against them\nCoordinate procurement, engineering and production activities to keep projects on time\nManage risks, issues and dependencies and escalate where needed\nAct as the central point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners\nPrepare and present project status reports, dashboards and reviews\nDrive continuous improvement of project management processes and tools\nSkills and Experience Required:\nBSc/MSc level or equivalent in engineering, management or a related field is mandatory\nMinimum 6-8 years of of technical project management experience delivering complex hardware, electromechanical, or powertrain products in Fuel Cell, Hydrogen Systems, Clean Energy, Automotive, Mobility, or Aerospace environments.\nSolid understanding of product development, supply chain and industrialisation processes\nProficiency with Microsoft Office, project planning tools (ex.
