the operational backbone of the HR function, delivering efficient, employee-centered HR services across the full employee life cycle.\nThe ideal candidate is detail-oriented, systems-savvy, and genuinely invested in creating a positive employee experience.\nThe People and Culture department is focused on creating a work environment that inspires creativity, innovation and growth.\nThis role combines front-line people support with administrative precision, managing the HR helpdesk, maintaining accurate documentation, driving engagement, administering payroll and benefits, and overseeing probation and confirmation processes.\n\nDuties And Responsibilities \n\nPurpose:\n\nChampion the employee experience by ensuring HR services are accessible, timely, and delivered with empathy and professionalism.\nMaintain the integrity of HR data and documentation to support compliance, decision-making, and organizational trust.\nEnable informed people decisions by providing accurate dashboards, analytics, and reports to HR leadership and managers.\nSupport organizational compliance by staying current with statutory requirements and maintaining audit-ready documentation.\nEnsure the full employee lifecycle — from onboarding through probation and confirmation — is managed smoothly and without gaps.\nDrive a culture of engagement and continuous feedback through eNPS and related initiatives.\nServe as the first point of contact for employee and manager inquiries on HR policies, benefits, payroll, and workplace matters.\nSafeguard confidentiality and data protection standards across all employee records and HR transactions.\n\nEngagement:\n\nAdminister the eNPS survey end-to-end — distribution, communication, response collection, analysis, and reporting with actionable recommendations.\nServe as the first point of contact for employee and manager HR inquiries via multiple channels, resolving routine issues and escalating complex matters with proper documentation.\nPrepare confirmation letters, update employee status in HRIS, and flag probation extensions or performance concerns to the HR Manager.\nPlan and execute employee engagement initiatives including wellness programs, recognition activities, and team-building events.\nEnsure no probation period lapses without an explicit, documented decision.\nManage probation tracking — scheduling reviews with managers, sending reminders, and ensuring timely completion.\nCoordinate benefits enrollment, changes, and renewals; serve as liaison with vendors and educate employees on available benefits.\nSupport action planning on engagement feedback, partnering with managers to address identified concerns and manage internal communication channels.\n\nDelivery:\n\nPlan and execute employee routine issues and escalating complex matters with proper documentation.\n\nTargeted Specialized Knowledge\n\nDemonstrated experience with at least three of the following: HR helpdesk/employee support, payroll administration, benefits coordination, HR documentation/compliance, engagement surveys, or HR reporting.\nExperience working with HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, SAP, or similar) and payroll systems.\nProven track record managing probation and confirmation processes or similar employee lifecycle milestones.\nHands-on experience administering eNPS or employee engagement surveys, including analysis and action planning.\n2–4 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist or coordinator role.\n\nKey Areas of Note:\n\nResearch unusual symptoms and treatment options through consultation with physicians and other medical specialists.\nKeep up to date with relevant medical research, technology, and evidence-based medical practice by attending
