# Junior Data Engineer – PostgreSQL / PostGIS

About the Role We are looking for a Junior Data Engineer with foundational knowledge of PostgreSQL, PL/pgSQL and PostGIS to support data management, data processing and the development of data pipelines for a health information platform. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of relational databases and some practical experience working with PostgreSQL. Experience with PostGIS, PL/pgSQL and Power BI is highly desirable, but candidates with foundational knowledge and demonstrated interest in these areas are encouraged to apply. The successful candidate will work with experienced data and software engineers to build, maintain and improve data pipelines and support the preparation of reliable datasets for reporting and visualisation.
