The role requires a strong blend of technical, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, along with experience in engineering metrics, process optimisation, reporting, dashboard development, and AI-enabled software delivery.\n\nThe core responsibilities for the job include the following:\n\nEstablish Development Standards and Governance: \nDefine, implement, and monitor development standards, policies, frameworks, and governance processes.\nEnsure compliance with SDLC, security, architecture, documentation, and deployment standards.\nConduct periodic audits and reviews to assess adherence to organisational guidelines.\n\nDrive Quality and Delivery Excellence: \nMonitor project health, delivery performance, quality metrics, and team productivity.\nTrack risks, issues, dependencies, action items, and escalation management.\nEstablish and monitor KPIs related to delivery quality, defect trends, sprint performance, and release readiness.\n\nEnable Technology Innovation and AI Adoption: \nPromote adoption of AI-assisted development practices and productivity tools.\nEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to engineering processes.\nDrive initiatives focused on automation, developer productivity, and engineering excellence.\n\nReporting and Executive Dashboards: \nDevelop and maintain executive-level dashboards and governance reports.\nAnalyse engineering and delivery metrics to provide actionable insights.\nPresent periodic status reports, risks, trends, and recommendations to leadership.\n\nContinuous Improvement and Stakeholder Management: \nIdentify process improvement opportunities and drive implementation across teams.\nCoordinate with project managers, architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.\nFacilitate governance reviews, steering meetings, and operational excellence initiatives.\n\nRequirements: \nExperience: 6 years.\nStrong stakeholder management and communication skills.\nExperience in DevCoE, PMO, governance, delivery excellence, project coordination, or reporting functions.\nStrong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, and DevOps practices.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Dashboards, Advanced Formulas, and Lookups).\nStrong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities.\nExperience creating management dashboards and executive reports.\n\nPreferred Skills: \nExperience with Azure DevOps (Boards, Repositories, Pipelines, and Dashboards).\nKnowledge of engineering metrics, delivery governance, and quality management.\nExposure to AI tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, Agentforce, or similar platforms.\nExperience with Power BI, Qlik, Oracle, ODS, or database governance frameworks.\nUnderstanding of CI/CD, code review practices, release management, and DevOps governance.\nPreferred Certifications: Microsoft Power BI, Oracle Certification, PMP / CAPM, PMI-ACP / Scrum Master Certification, Azure Fundamentals / Azure DevOps, and ITIL Foundation.\n\nExperience in one of the below two technical streams is a must: \nBI Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Qlik etc.\nOracle Technologies, ODS, Data Architecture, or Database Governance.\nKnowledge of AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Agentforce, Microsoft Copilot,
