will:\nParticipate in a structured sales training program focused on consultative selling and business development\nGenerate new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and lead generation\nSchedule meetings with healthcare leaders and key decision-makers\nBuild relationships with prospective and existing clients\nLearn to identify workforce challenges and recommend customized talent solutions\nShadow and collaborate with experienced Account Executives on client meetings and presentations\nDevelop a pipeline of opportunities to support future sales growth\nWork closely with your manager and teammates to achieve individual and team goals\nPrepare for promotion into an Account Executive role through hands-on training and real-world client experience\nWhat
