This includes developing strategic partnerships, expanding our Introducing Broker (IB) and Affiliate network, acquiring high-value traders and strengthening our brand presence within the region.\nThe ideal candidate will have a strong background in the online trading industry, including Forex, CFDs, commodities, indices and cryptocurrencies, combined with an established network within the French financial services and trading community, with a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. This role plays a key part in driving our mission to provide an exceptional experience to both our clients and team.\nThis is a remote opportunity open to candidates anywhere in France, reporting into our Head of Partners, Europe.\nRequirements\nStrong understanding of the online trading industry, including Forex, CFDs, commodities, indices and cryptocurrencies.\nEstablished network within the French financial services and trading community.\nProven experience in business development, partnerships or sales within the financial services or online trading industry, with a demonstrable track record of acquiring clients and growing partner networks.\nDemonstrated ability to achieve and exceed revenue and client acquisition targets.\nExceptional negotiation, communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.\nStrong commercial awareness and analytical skills, with the ability to assess partner performance, identify trends and develop new opportunities.\nWorking knowledge of the regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to marketing and distributing trading products and managing partner activity.\nStrong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. \nBenefits\nWe have built a performance-driven environment where you’re given the autonomy to drive change and the accountability to own the results.
