We are seeking a Junior Account Manager to support Eightcap’s growth by helping convert leads into active traders and expanding our footprint within the Chinese-speaking market. This is an early-career role: you will work alongside experienced Account Managers, learn the full lead-to-client journey, and take on more ownership as you grow, with training and support from the team. Key Responsibilities: Lead Conversion & Pipeline Growth: Follow up on warm leads and help convert them into active traders, working towards agreed monthly KPIs and targets with guidance from senior team members. Educational Support: Start by guiding clients on how to use Eightcap’s trading platforms and tools (such as account set-up, platform navigation and basic features), and gradually assist with preparing and delivering educational materials, webinars and seminars (online and offline) as your exper
