If you are a driven and seasoned Accounts Payable Specialist eager to take on new challenges, we encourage you to explore this compelling opportunity with EIS.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage all aspects of Accounts Payable including reconciling invoices to the agreements, entering bills, applying payments\nPosting journal entries in NetSuite, including accrual of expenses, amortization of prepayments, allocation of expenses between departments\nAnalyze expense trends utilizing strong accounting knowledge\nCommunicate with vendors and approval managers discussing all billing matters, payment, and billing terms\nAssist with the preparation of monthly financial reports and analysis as needed\nPrepare reports to the heads of department with regard to payments processed and outstanding liabilities\nProvide invoices support, including assisting in the research, analysis, and payment issues\nProvide support to the team during annual Group and stand-alone audits\n\nSkills, Knowledge & Expertise\nBachelor’s degree in accounting and a minimum of 3-year experience\nStrong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills\nAbility to take ownership and demonstrate strong leadership and follow through\nExperience in working with accounting systems such as NetSuite is desirable\nAttention to detail, completing multiple or repetitive tasks\nExperienced with all Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel\n\nJob Benefits\nWork with top talent and great colleagues who are industry and technology experts.
