The Delivery Manager is responsible for, including but not limited to, the following:\nResponsible for technical program implementation;\nPerforms risk, issue, and dependency management\nResponsible for escalation management and executive reporting\nDelivery proficiency of the EIS program including System Integration (SI) partners;\nResource planning and management based on program financial commitments; and\nCoordination of Program dependencies with other EIS departments, as necessary\nKey Responsibilities\nMaintain end-to-end delivery control by keeping communication and alignment among Program teams, SaaS representatives, and EIS Product Owners, ensuring adherence to established standards, rules, and delivery frameworks;\nTechnical Program Implementation - orchestrate the alignment of solution architecture, coordination of infrastructure, and the implementation of software to achieve a program's implementation objectives;\nMonitor and control project deliverable commitments, report and escalate where necessary variances to Program Director;\nProactively assess implementation risks, and coordinate mitigation in collaboration with Program Management; and\nContribute to the program plan, for all phases of delivery within the customer commitment, by collaborating with Program Management.\nSkills, Knowledge & Expertise\n5+ years Professional Services or Insurance Industry project management;\nInsurance industry focused with background either as an analyst/technology employee of an insurance company or having acted as a consultant providing services to insurance companies; and Certifications (optional): SAFe, Scrum/Agile, PMP\nStrong Customer orientation;\nPractical experience in Agile methodology (preferably scrum);\nProject Management experience;\nAdvanced user of Jira or other task tracking tools;\nFluent in Japanese and business English\nAbility to work with partners and colleagues in a multicultural and different time zone environment;\nAbility to understand complex business processes;\nKnowledge of end-to-end implementation practices across skills (BA, Architecture, Development, QA);
