Working closely with the Head of Manufacturing & Distribution, the Business Development Executive will help execute the industry's go-to-market strategy and drive growth among the firm's highest-priority targets.\nThis is a national role and may be based in any U.S. market, subject to the discretion of Manufacturing & Distribution leadership and the concentration of industry opportunities within the candidate's geography.\nThis role is intended for a seasoned M&D business development executive with strong industry credibility, a robust network of industry relationships, and the ability to engage confidently with CFOs, CEOs, COOs, CIOs, owners, private equity sponsors, and other senior decision-makers across the manufacturing and distribution ecosystem.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOriginate new business opportunities within the Manufacturing & Distribution sector, with primary responsibility for generating new client relationships and expanding EisnerAmper's presence in the market.\n\nIdentify, qualify, and pursue high-value opportunities aligned with the firm's strategic growth priorities.\n\nLead complex, multi-service pursuits from initial engagement through successful close, partnering with subject matter specialists across the firm.\n\nBuild and leverage relationships with referral sources, strategic alliance partners, industry associations, and other centers of influence.\n\nDevelop and execute targeted business development plans focused on priority industry segments and strategic growth opportunities.\n\nAchieve annual business development objectives aligned with national Manufacturing & Distribution growth priorities.\n\nServe as a visible representative of EisnerAmper within the Manufacturing & Distribution marketplace, building relationships with senior executives, industry influencers, referral sources, and strategic alliance partners.\n\nCreate and advance new business opportunities through executive networking, industry conferences, trade associations, market outreach, and targeted business development activities.\n\nDevelop and maintain relationships with CFOs, CEOs, COOs, CIOs, owners, private equity sponsors, and other key decision-makers across the Manufacturing & Distribution ecosystem.\n\nIdentify emerging industry trends, market opportunities, and competitive developments to help inform growth strategies and business development priorities.\n\nPartner closely with the Head of Manufacturing & Distribution to support go-to-market priorities, strategic growth initiatives, and targeted market campaigns.\n\nCollaborate with partners and service line leaders to bring the firm's full capabilities to prospective client opportunities.\n\nLead client meetings, business development presentations, pricing discussions, and pursuit activities through successful close.\n\nMaintain disciplined pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM documentation.\n\nBasic Qualifications:\n15+ years of senior-level business development, commercial, or advisory experience within Manufacturing & Distribution.\n\nBrings a deep and active network across manufacturers, distributors, private equity sponsors, operators, and professional advisors.\n\nDemonstrated track record of originating and closing complex, multi-service engagements and generating significant new business revenue.\n\nPossesses strong executive presence and credibility with CFOs, CEOs, COOs, CIOs, owners, and senior operating leadership.\n\nDemonstrates a hunter mentality with a passion for developing new relationships, creating opportunities, and winning new business.\n\nIs highly entrepreneurial, relationship-oriented, and results-driven.\n\nDemonstrates strong business development discipline, strategic thinking, and opportunity management skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrior Manufacturing & Distribution business development experience at a national accounting, consulting, or professional services firm is strongly preferred.\n\nAbout EisnerAmper:\nEisnerAmper is one of the largest accounting, tax, and business advisory firms, with approximately 450 partners and 4,500 employees across the world.
