As Director, Tax Pursuits, you will play a critical role in driving growth across the Tax practice by leading the firm's most significant and complex pursuit opportunities.\nReporting to the Chief Growth Officer, Tax, you will partner closely with Tax leadership, partners, Practice and Industry leaders, and the broader Growth organization to manage high-value pursuits from strategy through close. This is a highly visible role for a leader who can operate comfortably with senior executives and partners, bring clarity to complex situations, and move teams toward a common objective, often under tight deadlines and significant pressure.\nWhat it Means to Work for EisnerAmper:\nYou will get to be part of one of the largest and fastest growing accounting and advisory firms in the industry\nYou will have the flexibility to manage your days in support of our commitment to work/life balance\nYou will join a culture that has received multiple top “Places to Work” awardsWe believe that great work is accomplished when cultures, ideas and experiences come together to create new solutions\nWe understand that embracing our differences is what unites us as a team and strengthens our foundation\nShowing up authentically is how we, both as professionals and a Firm, find inspiration to do our best work\n\nWhat Work You Will be Responsible For:\nLead major Tax pursuits from opportunity assessment through proposal, presentation, client interaction, and pursuit close, providing structure and disciplined execution throughout the process.\nShape pursuit strategy by working with partners and Tax leadership to understand the client, opportunity, competitive environment, and priorities and develop a differentiated approach.\nCoach partners and pursuit teams to sharpen messaging, strengthen client interactions, and prepare for critical meetings and presentations.\nLead the development of proposals and presentations, synthesizing complex technical information and diverse perspectives into a clear, compelling client story.\nConnect the dots across Tax, Practice, Industry, and other relevant firm capabilities to create a coordinated and compelling approach to major opportunities.\nManage multiple high-priority pursuits and changing requirements while maintaining quality, judgment, and composure in a fast-paced environment.\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field required.\n10+ years of relevant experience in an accounting firm or professional services environment, including significant experience leading complex proposals or pursuits, required.\nExperience leading complex pursuits within a Tax practice at an accounting firm required.\nPreferred/Desired Qualifications:\nAdvanced degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.\nExperience with pursuit management, collaboration, presentation, and document management tools preferred.\nExperience within a Tax practice and demonstrated experience working directly with, and coaching partners and senior leaders on high-value pursuits preferred.\nEisnerAmper is proud to be a merit-based employer.
