This role involves monitoring communication channels, reconciling payments, addressing client inquiries, and maintaining accurate records\nResponsibilities:\nWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collections Supervisor / Specialist to manage and oversee accounts receivable collections process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely payments from customers, resolving outstanding balances, and maintaining strong relationships with clients while adhering to company policies and procedures.\nOverseeing the workflow of the Assistants and Coordinators in Collections Team\n\nTracking the turn-around time for inboxes, refunds, AR Credits and iVanti tickets\n\nManaging unallocated follow-up and creating the report on weekly basis and escalate when needed.\n\nInvestigate and resolve billing discrepancies, disputes, and payment issues.\n\nCollaborate with internal teams, such as Cash Applications, Cash Management, Client Services, and Billing Team.\n\nProvide trainings to all new joiners and ensuring the standard operating procedures (SOP’s) are updated timely.\n\nCreating metrics for the workflow and provide a summary on a regular basis to the leadership team.\n\nBasic Qualifications:\nB.com / MBA / M.com / CMA\n\n5-8 years of work experience\n\nStrong organizational and communication skills for managing client and partner interactions.\n\nProficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP, High Radius) are a plus.\n\nAdvanced Excel skills required.\n\nAbility to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.\n\nAbout our Finance Team:\nThe EisnerAmper Finance Group’s mission is to “be the best” by providing fast and accurate financial data and insights to support business decisions at every level of the firm.
