This role will contribute to delivering innovative AI solutions and lead a team of developers and engineers to help advance our vision of becoming an industry-leading AI-powered professional services firm.\nWhat it Means to Work for EisnerAmper:\nYou will get to be part of one of the largest and fastest growing accounting and advisory firms in the industry\n\nYou will have the flexibility to manage your days in support of our commitment to work/life balance\n\nYou will join a culture that has received multiple top “Places to Work” awards\n\nWe believe that great work is accomplished when cultures, ideas and experiences come together to create innovative solutions\n\nWe understand that embracing our differences is what unites us as a team and strengthens our foundation\n\nShowing up authentically is how we, both as professionals and a Firm, find inspiration to do our best work\n\nWhat Work You Will be Responsible For:\nSupport the integration across the platform's Data Management, Governance, AI, Agents, and Application layers.\n\nContribute to model evaluation frameworks and post-training optimization for custom LLMs and AI agents.\n\nLead and mentor a team of developers and engineers working on the EisnerAI Agent Workforce.\n\nCollaborate with senior architects and stakeholders to design and implement scalable AI solutions.\n\nDesign and develop agentic frameworks supporting initiation, execution, state management, logging, and error handling.\n\nEnsure adherence to data governance policies and responsible AI practices.\n\nParticipate in technical reviews, code reviews, and solution design discussions.\n\nCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of AI initiatives.\n\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related technical field.\n\nMaster’s degree preferred (Computer Science, AI/ML, or MBA with technical focus).\n\n6+ years of software development experience with 2+ years in AI/ML solution architecture or technical leadership role.\n\n2+ years of hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and enterprise-scale solutions.\n\nExperience leading small to mid-sized technical teams or managing project deliverables.\n\nMust-Have Skills:\nStrong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Azure AI Foundry and the broader Azure AI services ecosystem.\n\nProven experience with Azure OpenAI Service, including GPT models, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning.\n\nExperience implementing Azure AI Search, including vector search, semantic search, and knowledge mining use cases.\n\nHands-on experience with Azure Databricks for data engineering and machine learning model development.\n\nProficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or SQL.\n\nStrong understanding of AI solution design principles and enterprise application integration.\n\nGood communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nGood-to-Have Skills:\nExperience with Azure Machine Learning, including MLOps, model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.\n\nFamiliarity with Azure Cognitive Services, such as Document Intelligence, Language Understanding, and Computer Vision.\n\nWorking knowledge of AI/ML frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and Hugging Face Transformers.\n\nExposure to vector databases such as Azure Cosmos DB, Pinecone, or Weaviate.\n\nExperience with DevOps and MLOps practices, including Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Docker, and Kubernetes.\n\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.\n\nAbout EisnerAmper:\nEisnerAmper is one of the largest accounting, tax, and business advisory firms, with approximately 450 partners and 4,500 employees across the world.
