The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal, execution, research, writing and organizational skills.\nThis will be a hybrid role with requirements of 2-3 days a week in one of EisnerAmper’s offices located throughout the United States.\nWhat it Means to Work for EisnerAmper:\nYou will get to be part of one of the largest and fastest growing accounting and advisory firms in the industry\n\nYou will have the flexibility to manage your days in support of our commitment to work/life balance\n\nYou will join a culture that has received multiple top “Places to Work” awards\nWe believe that great work is accomplished when cultures, ideas and experiences come together to create new solutions\n\nWe understand that embracing our differences is what unites us as a team and strengthens our foundation\n\nShowing up authentically is how we, both as professionals and a Firm, find inspiration to do our best work\n\nWhat Work You Will Be Responsible For:\nOn a daily basis, the role will involve (but is not limited to):\nPlanning, strategizing, and executing proposal documents and Request for Proposal (RFP) responses for prospects and clients\n\nExperience incorporating the latest technologies, inclusive of AI, to enhance the proposal process (Claude, ChatGPT) and increase efficiency\n\nDrafting proposal responses based on insight from prospect meetings and RFP requirements\n\nCollaborating with internal team members on proposal win themes\n\nEditing and compiling the final proposal documents and preparing for submission, delivery, and tracking\n\nOrganizing and maintaining critical databases of proposal content, including firm statistical details, services, industry experience, case studies, and other related data\n\nWorking closely with operations, technical, and service area subject matter experts to gather information required for proposal development\n\nTranslating and communicating technical material and concepts into content that is accessible for audiences with mixed levels of expertise\n\nDeveloping prospect meeting presentations, booklets, and other marketing collateral\n\nRecording proposals in process in the proposals pipeline once issued\n\nCommunicating with supervisor any obstacles or items of concern\n\nA successful candidate for this position:\nProvides courteous and prompt service to all internal and external parties\n\nPrioritizes and addresses requests and assignments in a professional and cooperative manner\n\nIs able to multi-task, project manage, and adhere to strict deadlines\n\nAssists co-workers in the completion of tasks and assignments to ensure continuity of service\n\nActively supports teamwork throughout the organization\n\nSupports and contributes to other departmental areas, as needed\n\nPerforms other services as assigned\n\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, accounting, business administration, or related field required\n\n2+ years of proposal experience (RFP Government and/or Advisory experience preferred)\n\nKnowledge and experience using proposal software (Qvidian, Templafy, Storydoc)\n\nExperience with AI in the proposal process\n\nPreferred/Desired Qualifications:\nStrong Business Writing/AP style preferred\n\nProfessional services experience a plus\n\nExtensive experience with MS Office 365, particularly Word and PowerPoint required. Other marketing computer software and online applications a plus.\n\nPrior proposal experience preferred. Experience responding to Government proposals a plus.\n\nGood understanding of marketing principles, sales philosophy, and the accounting industry\n\nWell-organized with a customer-oriented approach\n\nExcellent written and spoken communication skills\n\nCritical and analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities\n\nMinimal travel\n\nEisnerAmper is proud to be a merit-based employer.
