This role will assist with developing recruiting metrics and reporting, ATS process improvements, and the documentation of TA processes and policies. The Specialist will play an important role in strengthening our recruiting operations and compliance infrastructure, enabling greater consistency, efficiency, and scalability across the function.\nWhat it Means to Work for EisnerAmper:\n You will get to be part of one of the largest and fastest growing accounting and advisory firms in the industry\nYou will have the flexibility to manage your days in support of our commitment to work/life balance\nYou will join a culture that has received multiple top “Places to Work” awardsWe believe that great work is accomplished when cultures, ideas and experiences come together to create new solutions\nWe understand that embracing our differences is what unites us as a team and strengthens our foundation\nShowing up authentically is how we, both as professionals and a Firm, find inspiration to do our best work\n\nWhat Work You Will Be Responsible For:\nRecruiting Analytics & Reporting (20%)\nAssist with recruiting data analysis, recurring reporting, and the identification of trends and insights.\n Support the enhancement and ongoing maintenance of the Talent Acquisition analytics suite and dashboards.\nMonitor data quality and partner with stakeholders to resolve reporting inconsistencies.\nHelp develop standardized metrics and reporting practices across the Global Talent Acquisition function.\nATS Testing & Process Improvement (30%)\nCoordinate and perform pre-deployment testing of Workday ATS updates, enhancements, and configuration changes.\nDevelop test scenarios, document results, and track identified issues through resolution.\nGather stakeholder feedback and help identify opportunities to improve ATS workflows and the user experience.\nMaintain documentation related to system updates, testing activities, and process changes.\nPolicy, Process & Compliance Documentation (30%)\nSupport the development, execution, and ongoing maintenance of standard Talent Acquisition policies, processes, and procedures.\nCreate clear process maps, job aids, reference guides, and other operational documentation.\nAssist with efforts to standardize recruiting practices and strengthen compliance controls across the function.\nHelp ensure documentation remains current as systems, policies, and business requirements evolve.\nGlobal TA Operations & Project Support (20%)\nSupport Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives that improve consistency, efficiency, and scalability.\nCoordinate with recruiters, HR technology, compliance, and other partners to support operational priorities.\nTrack project activities, action items, risks, and deliverables to help ensure timely completion.\nRespond to operational questions and provide guidance on established Talent Acquisition processes and tools.\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline\n4 years of experience supporting Talent Acquisition or in a related field (such as HR operations) with exposure to recruiting processes and coordination\nPreferred/Desired Qualifications:\nDirect experience with Workday Recruiting\nFamiliarity with recruiting metrics, dashboards, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau\nExperience with recruiting and human resources processes\nExposure or familiarity with US employment compliance strongly desired\nExperience with testing ATS features and processes a strong plus\nAbility to operate under ambiguity and craft process and policy documentation to establish SOP framework\nAble to effectively leverage AI tools like CoPilot or Claude as an accelerator for routine administrative work\nAbout EisnerAmper:\nEisnerAmper is one of the largest accounting, tax, and business advisory firms, with approximately 475+ partners and 5000+ employees across the world.
