In this role, you will build and maintain website content in Optimizely DXP and HubSpot CMS, assist with website-generated leads, manage the firm’s local listings, and support search performance. You will work closely with the Web team, Marketing team, firm leadership, and external vendors to keep all content current, accurate, and aligned with brand standards.\nWhat it Means to Work for EisnerAmper:\nYou will get to be part of one of the largest and fastest growing accounting and advisory firms in the industry\nYou will have the flexibility to manage your days in support of our commitment to work/life balance\nYou will join a culture that has received multiple top “Places to Work” awardsWe believe that great work is accomplished when cultures, ideas and experiences come together to create new solutions\nWe understand that embracing our differences is what unites us as a team and strengthens our foundation\nShowing up authentically is how we, both as professionals and a Firm, find inspiration to do our best work\n\nWhat Work You Will be Responsible For:\nContent Management\nBuild, design, publish, and format pages and content for all EisnerAmper-branded websites, including article, campaign, service, industry, and location pages, using templates and components in Optimizely DXP and HubSpot CMS \nUpdate existing pages, including copy, images, links, forms, and metadata, and retire or redirect outdated content \nCoordinate content requests and deadlines with the Marketing team, firm leadership, and external vendors \nLead Management & Reporting\nAssist in monitoring website-generated leads, including form submissions \nReview assigned leads for completeness and relevance, and route them to the appropriate person promptly \nUpdate lead tracking and reporting to reflect routing, status, and follow-up \nLocal Listings & Reputation Management\nManage Google Business Profile (GBP) and Bing Places for Business (Bing Places) listings for all firm locations, including descriptions, categories, services, photos, and website links \nVerify new and existing locations, and resolve duplicate, suspended, or inaccurate listings \nManage all website updates for firm locations, including location pages, office details, and map changes, and update listings when offices open, move, or close \nMonitor and respond to reviews of firm locations on GBP and Bing Places, in line with firm guidelines, escalating issues as needed \nReport on listing performance, including profile views, calls, direction requests, website clicks, and rating trends \nSEO & Search Performance\nImplement on-page SEO for new and updated pages, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, alt text, and internal links to relevant existing pages to support discoverability \nReview content before publishing for SEO readiness, including AI search best practices such as clear answers, FAQs, and structured content, and flag issues to the SEO Manager \nSupport SEO audits and projects by gathering data, running reports and crawls, and documenting findings \nAssist with monthly SEO reporting by pulling data from GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, and Google Business Profile\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in design, marketing, or a related field preferred\nThree or more years of experience in web operations, digital marketing, or a related field \nPreferred/Desired Qualifications:\nWorking knowledge of HTML, CSS, and content management systems \nFamiliarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and HubSpot \nGeneral understanding of SEO and emerging AI search practices, such as AEO and GEO \nStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple updates and deadlines \nExcellent communication and time management skills\nExperience with Optimizely DXP and/or HubSpot CMS \nExperience managing Google Business Profile or other local listing platforms \nExperience with project management tools, such as Monday.com \nKnowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign \nEisnerAmper is proud to be a merit-based employer.
