We connect public and private actors and provide them with access to markets, talent, finance and knowledge.\nUsing cities as living labs, our industry, research and university partners will demonstrate how new technologies can work to solve real problems in real cities by transporting people, goods and waste in smarter ways.\nBe part of a team where:\nReporting to the PMO Programme Manager, the PMO Internwill support the legal entity validation process for the EIT Community and contribute to ensuring efficient and compliant operational processes.\nThis will include:\nSupporting the review of legal and financial documentation related to entity validation.\nAssisting in the application of relevant regulations, internal procedures, and data protection requirements.\nProviding administrative and operational support to participating entities throughout the validation process.\nManaging and processing information accurately and in a timely manner.\nSupporting the testing and implementation of procedures, policies, systems, and digital tools.\nContributing to continuous process improvement initiatives within the PMO team.\nWhat you will bring along the way:\nWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is eager to learn and develop professional experience in a dynamic international environment. You enjoy working with documentation and processes, have a keen eye for detail, and take a structured approach to your work.
