They will provide overall coordination and support throughout the entire implementation continuum by providing excellent customer service to their assigned accounts.\nResponsibilities (fundamental job duties):\n· Provide in-person and virtual training to clinicians to support implementation of products within the Eitan Medical portfolio, including both hardware and software.\n· Utilize clinical expertise to address questions and concerns related to the products.\n· Communicate and collaborate with the Director of Clinical Operations to ensure implementations best meet the customer and company's needs, resulting in fiscally responsible training plans.\n· Provide a customer-centric approach by developing individualized implementation plans that best meet the unique needs of each healthcare organization.\n· Maintain a high level of competency and provide training on all products for both customer interface and clinical team readiness.\n· Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all training completed.\n· Advocate for patient safety and quality improvement through escalation of customer feedback to improve patient outcomes and customer experience.\n· Contribute to the creation and development of training materials to support the ongoing training needs of the business.\n· Attend company and industry events to keep abreast of training updates and best practice.\n· Adhere to all company policies and procedures.\nReporting Relationships:\nPosition reports to the Director of Clinical Operations -
