/ Requirements\n1.具备大学本科及以上学历，3个以上完整财务产品/项目工作经验。熟悉财务相关产品设计，如计费、结算、税务、成本、核算、财务分析等产品。具备零售（含线下）、供应链相关行业经验优先。\n2.熟悉财务计费结算产品结构和业务流程，具备财务知识和会计基础。\n3.具备良好的流程梳理、产品抽象、逻辑表达和文档交付能力。\n4.具备较强的项目管理能力，能够有效组织和协调团队工作，保证项目的顺利推进。\n5.具备较强的分析和解决问题的能力，能在压力环境下合理安排工作，保持工作状态和交付质量。\n6.具备积极主动特质，愿意学习新知识，接受新挑战，具备对产品工作的持续热情。\n7.具备AI工具的实际使用经验，能将AI融入产品设计与分析工作流者优先。\n岗位亮点
