岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1. 具备数据获取、收集、整理并分析销售数据的能力，基于系统、业务过程及结果指标可以定期输出运营分析报告，挖掘问题，支持业务决策迭代。

2. 协调销售团队与产品、市场等部门需求，推动跨部门协作与目标达成。

3. 具备项目管理能力，可基于项目目标拆解可落地动作，按时间要求推进项目落地，拿到可量化的业务结果。

4. 支持销售工具与系统的日常维护与优化，并通过AI工具探索并搭建新工作方式，提升用户工作效率。

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 具备3年以上销售运营或相关业务运营经验。

2. 熟悉销售流程与运营体系，具备较强的数据分析与逻辑思维能力。

3. 熟练使用常用办公软件。

4. 具备良好的沟通协调能力，能够高效推动跨部门协作。

5. 工作细致、责任心强，具备较强的对外沟通能力与执行力。
