任职要求 / Requirements

1.大学本科及以上学历，硬件、电子工程等相关专业优先。

2.8年以上硬件产品开发或管理经验，有成功带领团队完成产品上线经验。

3.具备较强的团队管理能力和沟通协调能力，能有效激励团队成员。

4.熟悉硬件产品开发流程和市场需求，具备较强的市场洞察力。

5.具备消费类产品出海经验优先，具备产品营销经验优先。
