推动复盘从\"看结果\"升级为\"看机制\"，持续沉淀可复用的SOP、Checklist与方法论。\n6.知识库管理与沉淀：沉淀项目管理案例库、SOP和方法论，持续丰富组织项目管理知识库，推动整体管理效率提升。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n1.具有本科以上学历，计算机、管理科学或商业相关专业优先。\n2.5年以上互联网或大型企业项目管理工作经验，负责过多个中大型复杂跨业务项目的端到端交付，有重点战略攻坚项目操盘经验和AI 项目管理经验者优先。\n3.业务理解力强：能快速理解业务逻辑与商业本质，对核心业务指标有一定理解，通过数据发现业务问题并做归因分析。\n4.具备出色的沟通协调能力：思路清晰、逻辑分析与书面表达能力强;
