三年战略的解码与宣贯工作，参与编写相关战略指导文件。\n4. 行政与沟通支持：\n负责部门日常跨部门邮件的预处理与回复，协助组织全球 KOL 的访谈与学术交流活动。\n处理总监交办的其他产品生命周期管理中的辅助性工作。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n1. 教育背景：\n2025-2027届统招本科及以上学历，生物医学工程 (BME)、机械电子、材料学或医工交叉复合背景。\n具备海外留学背景或英语可作为工作语言者优先。\n2. 核心能力：\n数字敏锐度： 对数据有极强的逻辑处理能力，能够熟练使用各类数字化办公与 AI 工具进行信息提炼。\n深度学习能力： 能够快速跨越临床医学与工程学的专业壁垒，理解运动医学前沿术式及器械原理。\n3. 职业素养：\n具备优秀的文字表达与排版能力，能够将碎片信息转化为高水准的汇报文件。\n极强的执行力与抗压性：
