Our products - EkaScribe, EkaDoc, EkaAgents, EkaAPI's and EkaPHR - cover the full span of clinical, patient, and enterprise use cases, and plug into national digital health infrastructure such as India's Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission in India.\nAbout the role\nWe're looking for a versatile Creative Designer who can own visual output across marketing, product and business communication. You'll design campaign creatives, product screens and flows in Figma, event collaterals, and leadership-ready presentations.\nThis is a hands-on role for someone who works AI-first: you'll use generative AI tools daily to ideate faster, produce more variations, and raise the quality bar. You'll take briefs from marketing, product, sales and leadership, and deliver from concept to final file with minimal hand-holding.\nKey responsibilities\n1. Marketing and brand creatives\nDesign creatives for performance campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), social media, emailers, website and landing pages.\nProduce static ads, carousels, infographics, brochures, one-pagers and case-study layouts.\nBuild multiple ad variations quickly for A/B testing, using AI tools to scale output.\nKeep every asset consistent with Eka Care's brand guidelines.\n2. Product design and UI support\nCreate and edit product screens, UI elements, wireframes and user flows in Figma, working within the existing design system.\nDesign feature walkthroughs, onboarding flows and in-app visuals with product and engineering teams.\nProduce product mockups, device frames and UI screenshots for launches, website and sales material.\nUpdate existing product assets as features change.\n3. AI-powered creative production\nUse generative AI tools for concepting, image generation, image editing, upscaling and background removal.\nCreate AI-assisted visuals, short videos and voiceovers for campaigns and product explainers.\nBuild and document repeatable AI workflows and prompt libraries for the team.\nTrack new tools and recommend what to adopt, with attention to brand consistency, image rights and healthcare-appropriate imagery.\n4. Events and offline branding\nDesign standees, banners, booth layouts, backdrops, flyers, badges and merchandise for conferences, webinars and launches.\nPrepare print-ready files with correct dimensions, bleed, colour profiles (CMYK) and resolution.\nCoordinate with printing and fabrication vendors to ensure accurate, on-time production.\n5. Presentations and business communication\nDesign presentations for leadership, investors, sales, partnerships and business reviews in PowerPoint, Google Slides and AI presentation tools.\nTurn complex data, product concepts and healthcare workflows into clear diagrams, infographics and visual stories.\nBuild and maintain branded slide templates and reusable layouts.\n6. Video editing and motion graphics (good to have)\nEdit short-form reels, product demos, launch videos and event highlights.\nAdd subtitles, transitions, music and basic motion graphics.\n7. Design operations\nManage several design requests in parallel and deliver to agreed timelines.\nMaintain organised Figma files, templates and a central brand asset library.\nTake feedback from multiple stakeholders and iterate quickly.\nAI tools stack\nCandidates should be hands-on with at least one tool in each Required cell and show AI-assisted work in their portfolio. typography, colour theory, layout and brand guidelines.\nProven experience with digital ad creatives, presentations and print-ready collaterals.\nWorking knowledge of UI/UX principles, product screens and user flows.\nAbility to handle multiple projects, work independently and adapt to shifting priorities.\nA portfolio showing range across marketing, product/UI, presentations and print.\nGood-to-have skills\nVideo editing in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar.\nMotion graphics, Lottie animations or interactive prototypes.\nExperience designing for SaaS, healthtech, AI or B2B products.\nLanding page and website design (Webflow, Framer or WordPress familiarity).\nData visualisation and storytelling-led presentations.\nBasic understanding of performance marketing
