Expect real recruiter work from week one: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement, and reporting.\nBest suited to someone pursuing or just finishing an MBA in HR who wants hands-on Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-moving startup.\nWhat You'll Do\nSupport end-to-end recruitment across IT and Non-IT roles\nSource candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other channels\nScreen profiles against role requirements and run first-round candidate conversations\nCoordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams\nKeep candidates warm and informed through every stage\nPartner with hiring managers to understand open roles and what \"good\" looks like\nWork hands-on with our ATS -
