Our systems are already live at scale - and we're now pushing the frontier of what AI agents can do inside real clinical environments.\nAbout the Role\nAs Product Manager for EkaAgents, you will define what our AI agents do, build the evaluation systems that keep them safe, and deploy them with marquee enterprise and government clients. You will work shoulder to shoulder with data scientists and ML engineers across the platform's four pillars: Multi-Modal Intelligence, Agentic Orchestration, Health System Integration, and Trust & Clinical Governance.\nWhat You Will Do\nOwn the product vision and roadmap for agentic AI capabilities across Eka.care's platform\nPartner with data scientists and AI engineers on model selection, prompting, tool use, retrieval, and multi-agent orchestration\nBuild LLM-as-judge frameworks with rigorous, category-based rubrics covering triage and pathway correctness, under-triage detection, crisis handling, scope and jailbreak resistance, transaction and state logic, multilingual fidelity, and privacy\nTranslate ambiguous clinical problems into scoped agent behaviors with explicit guardrails and clear safety gates\nLead enterprise and government client engagements - scope agent use cases, run pilots, and translate client needs into roadmap\nDefine metrics that matter: task completion rate, escalation rate, missed-escalation rate, and user trust, and report to internal and client stakeholders\nWhat We Are Looking For\n3-5 years of product management experience, ideally on AI/ML or platform products\nGenuine fluency with large language models and agentic systems - able to reason about prompts, tool use, evaluations, and failure modes without needing a translator\nA hands-on instinct for AI evaluation: designing rubrics, seeding adversarial test cases, and grading at scale with an LLM judge\nStrong judgment on AI safety, reliability, and trust trade-offs in a healthcare context\nClear communication that works equally well with ML engineers, clinical stakeholders, and enterprise clients\nNice to Have\nExposure to prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, or multi-agent frameworks\nAn engineering or data science background before moving into product\nHealthcare domain experience\nWhat You Will Get\nOwnership of the agentic AI product layer at one of India's most technically ambitious healthtech companies\nA front-row seat -
