including development of project documentation of system requirements, estimates of scope and cost.\n\n- Plan, prepare and execute the qualification strategy and tests of the target solutions.\n\n- Ensure quality assurance before allowing transition to the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phase.\n\n- Develop and manage technical documentation, including use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.\n\n- Analyse and troubleshoot issues during development and post-deployment, offering solutions and optimizations.\n\n- Support the development team in designing solutions that align best practices, ensuring system security and user access controls.\n\n- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to maintain development momentum.\n\n- L3 support, troubleshooting of production incidents.\n\nRole Requirements:\n\n- Strong experience in Requirements gathering, elicitation and documentation\n\n- Experience Test planning and execution\n\n- Good Stakeholder communication\n\n- Knowledge in project cycle methodologies and management.\n\n- Strong experience in working with Microsoft Office tools, JIRA.\n\n- Ability to manage incidents and act as L3\n\n- Good to have experience in Project Management (Estimate, Planning, Delivery & Closure) and related documentation.\n\nQualifications:\n\n- Bachelor or better -
