Design, develop, and maintain production-grade PostgreSQL databases and data warehouse solutions.\n\n- Implement Row-Level Security (RLS), database partitioning, and secure data access mechanisms.\n\n- Optimize SQL queries and database performance to ensure scalability and reliability.\n\n- Design and manage Snowflake data models, optimize query performance, and control warehouse costs.\n\n- Develop Python-based database integrations and automation using libraries such as asyncpg.\n\n- Manage database schema changes and migrations using Alembic and SQL-based migration scripts without relying on ORM-generated SQL.\n\n- Work with AWS cloud services and support database workloads in Kubernetes-based environments such as EKS.\n\n- Collaborate with teams using ArgoCD and CI/CD workflows to deploy and manage database changes.\n\n- Follow best practices for clean, maintainable, and reviewable code and database migrations.\n\n- Ensure data security, integrity, availability, and consistency across database systems.\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- Strong hands-on experience in PostgreSQL in production environments.\n\n- Experience implementing Row-Level Security (RLS), partitioning, query tuning, and SQL-based database migrations.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Snowflake, including data modeling, performance optimization, and cost management.\n\n- Strong knowledge of data engineering and data warehousing concepts.\n\n- Proficiency in Python, including database integration using asyncpg.\n\n- Experience with Alembic for database schema migrations.\n\n- Basic understanding of cloud databases and database deployment practices.\n\n- Familiarity with AWS and Kubernetes environments, particularly EKS.\n\n- Exposure to ArgoCD and Git-based deployment
