interfaces using Tailwind CSS and modern UI component libraries.\n\n- Develop reusable components and design systems using shadcn/ui, Radix UI, design tokens, CSS variables, and theming.\n\n- Integrate headless CMS platforms using GraphQL APIs and content delivery APIs.\n\n- Implement component-based page composition, layout-driven rendering, content previews, personalization, and multi-site or multilingual architectures.\n\n- Optimize application performance using Core Web Vitals, image optimization, bundle optimization, caching, and performance profiling.\n\n- Establish frontend architecture best practices, conduct code reviews, and mentor team members.\n\n- Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to deliver reliable and maintainable enterprise web solutions.\n\nMandatory Technical Skills :\n\n- 5+ years of experience in React development.\n\n- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Next.js in production environments.\n\n- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Next.js.\n\n- Experience with Next.js App Router, Server Components, Client Components, Server Actions, Route Handlers, and Middleware.\n\n- Strong understanding of SSR, SSG, ISR, dynamic rendering, revalidation, and caching strategies.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS, responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and SEO.\n\n- Experience with shadcn/ui, Radix UI, component libraries, design systems, and reusable UI patterns.\n\n- Understanding of headless CMS architecture, content modeling, component composition, and content delivery APIs.\n\n-
